My Favorite Day

One of my favorite day is Saturday why? because I could be able to be with my love ones. To be with God, with family, friends and people in the community is my greatest joy. My friends, my hubby and I went to one of the nursing home in the city. They invited us to sing couple songs, I know we are not the greatest singers in the world but one thing I know that we sing songs for the glory of God. I saw teary eyes, when we sing the song entitled “Remember Someone is Praying For you” I know that some of the residence in the nursing home suffering from pain, their health problems and then they missed their families. They need to know that someone cares about them and praying for them. Sometimes I am tempted not to join the group because I need rest and I need to do some stuff but what is couple hours when I/we make people happy. After our program we drove home and we decided to stop by in the nearest lake in our place. I felt great and happy after that I can not hold my hand :) Hopefully we will visit again in another nursing home in a week and visit people in rehab center. Well, that’s all for now. I need to finish my laundry and clean our kitchen before I forget. So see yah next time.

TrimFit OS Pocket Diaper

Hi guys hope you are doing great this weekend. Right now, I’m great and I’m taking it easy in a little bit before I prepare our dinner:)
I am thinking to sew more cloth diapers, baby clothing but I need a break. I work more than 8 hours today so I am worthy to have a break. I can say that my body is weak but my mind wanted to work :) . My fashion in sewing really want me to do something. Well, yesterday I finished few baby diapers. For some reasons I fall in love to sew baby cloth diapers and then I buy a lot of fabrics. Just last week I got my 25 yards of zebra waterproof fabrics. Boy! I can not denied that I am fabricaholic now. My small sewing room has a lot of fabrics. The problem is I don’t have enough time to sew since I am working more than 8 hours a day.
I really enjoyed so much especially when I see my finish products:) Here’s the sneak peak of my handmade diapers using TrimFit OS Pocket pattern.

Lifelike Baby Doll

At first I really want to have a baby and then it didn’t happened. I question why I can not have a baby when I am okay. But then God’s plan for us is different. I know it’s not yet time because when it happen it happen. We are happy even we don’t have small baby.

I really wanted to have baby models to model my handmade cloth diapers and dresses. So, I bought baby doll in the store but I am not satisfied by the looks it’s really a doll. I want that it looks like a baby. I look online and found a reborn baby doll on ebay and guess what? how much it’s $300-700. I can not afford to buy that much so I research how to reborn a baby doll. I tried and I’m glad I did it. Here they are, taa..dang…isn’t that lifelike baby doll? Below are their photos. Just to let you know, I buy reborn kit in ebay and reborn it my own. Now I’m happy that I have models:) that way I don’t need to worry about crying and complaining. They all are obedient to me lol!

Change of Weather

For the past few weeks we enjoyed the beautiful weather outside. Hubby and I are spending our quality time together. We had dinner outside and we grilled and watch the sun set. I felt like it’s spring for few months.

I took picture of us outside our lawn. I can say that not only the sunset is beautiful but it’s beautiful because I spent time with my hubby.


then…after the picnic…snow was falling so hard.


We had 10-12″ of snow.

I love the beauty of winter though I hate the coldness and I don’t like driving on the slick road.
Now, the thick snow is still on the ground but the sun is shining so bright so beautiful.
As long as I’m warm everything is fine for me lol! Well, I hope you have a wonderful day!

I’m Back

Hi! I just want to let you know that I’m still alive and kicking. I know that it’s been a while that I didn’t update this blog. I am very busy in my work and in my sewing carrier and other house chores. I found a job 3 months ago and since then I wasn’t able to update not only this blog but my other blogs. But now I don’t want to just have this blog and not updating it so here I am again. Back into my blogging world lol!

Well, I can not cover if I write down the happening for the past few months that I’m gone. But I pretty much sure that I am good and I did a lot of giveaways and memes for the past few months.

Maybe you wonder what kind of giveaways? I made a lot of handmade stuff and then packed for give away. But now, I have to sew more for order and giveaways again so please check for more handmade creations.

From now on, I will always update this blog promise? promise :)
