I bought the top for 3 dollars in walmart and then I sew the unwanted blue color fabric for skirt. I added blue designs in the top to make it looks like it’s really the pair. I am proud to myself that I made it and now I have new set for my niece. I hope that my niece like it and I’m looking forward to send it to her.
